Shabu-shabu restaurant은 식당 내부가 굉장히 깔끔하게 되어있어요. 오픈키친으로 직원들이 조리하는 모습도 다 확인할 수 있었고, 주방관리도 너무 깨끗하게 되어있는 모습도 볼 수 있었습니다. 샤브샤브 집이기 때문에 테이블마다 인덕션이 설치되어있었습니다. 샤브샤브를 즐기기에 정리 정돈이 잘 되어있는 식당이라고 느꼈어요.

You choose between Course A or Course B as your main set. While the price gap is small (about 2000 KRW), Course B is the move—it’s their signature and comes noticeably more loaded with ingredient.

Side dishes worth adding:

메인 메뉴는 A와 B중 선택을 하면된다. 가격차이가 좀 있지만 시그니처 메뉴인 B가 식재료가 더 풍성해서 2천원 차이 밖에 나질 않아 B코스를 추천한다. 그 외에도 버섯튀김, 오징어 튀김 등의 사이드 메뉴도 굉장히 맛이 좋다.

 

Drinks:
There’s a Highball and a few Japanese beers on deck. We didn’t try the Highball, but watching other tables? Looked like a hit.

주류는 취향에 맞게 즐길 수 있게 하이볼도 파고, 일본 맥주 등 다양하게 구성이 되어있다. 하이볼은 마셔보지 않아서 구체적인 맛은 모르지만, 다른 테이블에서 즐기는 것을 봤을 때 맛있어 보였다.

 

We ordered Course B for four, and the spread was generous from the jump. The meats came in ample slices with a nice marbling, while the veggie bowl was a full-on rainbow—fresh leafy greens, mushrooms, and more. The broth was comforting and balanced, acting as a perfect base that never overpowered the ingredients. The real MVPs were the sauces: the egg–soy combo turned every dip into pure umami (the sesame and chili sauces were solid too, but we kept reaching for that egg–soy). TL;DR: fresh ingredients, quality cuts, and A+ sauces made for a seriously satisfying shabu meal.

B코스 4인분을 주문했을때 이미지처럼 나온다. 우선 양이 정말 많이 나온다. 고기도 굉장히 많았지만, 저 볼안에 다양한 야채들이 들어있었다. 그리고 양보다 더 좋았던 점은 식재료의 퀄리티였다. 고기와 야채의 신선도가 굉장히 높다는 것을 느낄 수 있었다. 샤브샤브의 육수도 괜찮았지만, 소스가 일품이라고 생각됐다. 계란/간장 소스는 샤브샤브 고기와 야채를 더욱 맛있게 즐길 수 있게 도왔다. 이 외에도 참깨소스, 칠리소스가 있었지만 개인적으로 계란 간장소스가 정말 일품이었다. 정말 너무 괜찮은 한끼! 또 사이드로 버섯 튀김을 주문했는데, 잘익은 표고와 표고 안에 들어있는 속도 훌륭했다. 굿굿!

Staff were genuinely friendly and on top of things. After the meal, they hand you a yogurt drink for dessert (cute touch!). Also, very Korea-core: complimentary floss picks and mouthwash. It’s the little things.

직원들분들은 굉장히 친절하셨고, 그리고 식후에는 요구르트도 하나씩 후식으로 준다. 또 괜찮은 점은 호텔에서나 주는 치실제거기, 가글도 서비스로 준다. 한국식 서비스는 역시 굉장한 것 같다.
